Following from successful implementations of our Community Meals software, some of our customers have come back to us to request our assistance in extending the system to address new requirements and challenges their organisation's face. Below is a selection of some of the add-on solutions we have developed for our existing customers:
Bank Holiday Management
When one our clients came to us to explain they needed to handle Bank Holiday processing differently to the way it is done in our standard product, we wrote a special program that allowed them to implement their bespoke method for handling Bank Holidays.
Accounts Export and Analysis For some of our Meals on Wheels clients, invoicing is handled in a completly seperate department. We wrote a program that allows for the export and analysis of invoicing and accounts data, to faciliate the exchange of this information.
Bespoke Reports We have designed a variety of bespoke reports for our customers to perform such functions as Key Code Listing, Payment Analysis and Route Management.
