The GSD Metal Stockholding software package is a product built on over two decades of experience in writing systems for steel and non-ferrous stockholders. Using this knowledge of the requirements of metal stock holders together with our experience of writing over 60 different specialist stock and order processing systems for other types of business, we have designed the GSD Metal Stockholding system to specifically meet your business needs.
Oour software gives you a powerful environment in which to manage your business with a stock control system that allows full traceability from purchase order to receipt in stock, to individual batch\location held in stock, through to delivery against a customer sales order.
The comprehensive Sales Order Processing system includes features such as Initial Order Entry in your choice of sale unit (tonnes, metres, pieces etc as defined by you), Production of cutting and process control sheets and sub contract purchase orders, Invoicing of Deliveries and Credit notes catering for value only credits and returns to stock.
With the ability to integrate our software with the popular accounts packages Sage 50 Accounts and Pegasus Opera II, customers and suppliers are read automatically and Invoices and Credit Notes generated within our system are automatically updated to the Sales Ledger.
