Attaching files allows you to collate all related information for a job quickly and easily - even if it's held outside our software!
Attached files are shown on a tab on the drill-down enquiry, and opening them is easy. With one mouse click, our software asks Windows to open the file for you - saving you from having to hunt through the file system for it.
Examination Reports and Conformity Declarations
Against a service job, you can record the details of examinations and tests carried out by your engineers on customers equipment to produce your own Examination Reports and Declarations of Conformity.
The system will also show you against items of equipment in the register, what examination reports and conformity declarations have been created for that item of equipment.
An examination report copy facility allows you to quickly bring forward all the details of a previously issued report into a new one - which you can then change as required. This feature has been shown to save a lot of time for admin. staff when generating new reports.
Job Materials & Purchases
Purchase Orders can be raised for service jobs to record either in-house materials used, or for items ordered from suppliers.
Each item on a purchase order can be tied directly to a job so that accurate material costs incurred can easily be monitored for every job.
Purchase Orders can be printed, faxed or emailed.
You can record when purchase items have been received using either a received date or purchase invoice reference. Your Work In Progress report will automatically reflect items that have been received.
